∎ Proven experience in customer service, tele sales, or visa consultancy (1–3 years preferred) also Freshers are encourage to apply .
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written). Hindi or other languages are a plus.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work with international clients, especially from Bangladeshi communities.
∎ Knowledge of European visa processes is a strong advantage.
∎ Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and online messaging platforms.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Explain and promote European work permit visa services to online clients from the Bangladeshi community worldwide.
∎ Convert incoming leads into successful sales using persuasive communication and deep knowledge of visa processes.
∎ Maintain accurate client records, including documentation and follow-upsidaisy with the internal visa processing team to ensure smooth application handling.
∎ Handle complaints or issues with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
∎ Stay up-to-date with visa requirements and policy changes in European countries.
