∎ Daily query check, investigation report provide & delivery status provide
∎ Daily phone query received & proper feedback by phone
∎ All clients communicate others issues
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquires
∎ Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction
