Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database.
∎ · Handle customers' query, must be capable to manage customers' requirements, complains over phone.
∎ · Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
∎ · Communication with courier service providers and maintain delivery records.
∎ · Support to organize product record, manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
∎ · Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
∎ · Able to work under pressure.
∎ · Overall support the team for increasing sales.
∎ · Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 31 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
