∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experienced as Customer service manager in Hospital/Diagnostics/Healthcare sector,
∎ Develop highly professional client service relationships amongst customer base and supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner and maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Manages call center team and ensure that all customer call is received and answered all quarries in a professional manner;
∎ Should ensure that all service payment is paid and reports are delivered in a professional way;
∎ Assist in training customer care team members to create an environment for success;
∎ Assist in collecting daily receipts, recording them accurately and appropriately, and depositing per procedure and resolve difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other matters;
∎ Attend department meetings and training sessions as scheduled and work closely with customer service team in design and implement companies' programs;
∎ Answers customers' questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
∎ Manages customer service staff, communicates job expectations, and performs appraisals and job reviews.
∎ Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares annual budgets, and schedules expenditures.
∎ Improves customer service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
∎ Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
∎ Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments.
∎ Any other task assigned by authority.
