Job Context:
∎ As the Customer Customer Service Manager AT OGERIO.COM Cosmeceuticals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting customer needs, and minimizing customer complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
∎ Follow up on leads and manage the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
∎ Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and achieve sales targets
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, providing satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
