∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2C Cold Calling, Call Center work experience will get preference., Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing proper customer support via phone
∎ Take and place orders according to customer demands
∎ Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
∎ Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
∎ Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
∎ Fully monitor and understand each order
∎ Up-sell additional items if asked
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Required resource will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM from the office.
∎ Must be fluent in English Language (Primary requirement)
∎ Excellent speaking and listening skills
∎ Must put attention to every detail
∎ Excellent communicational and muti-tasking skills
∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service/support or call center industry
