Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reply SMS of Facebook customers
∎ Capture order from Facebook SMS.
∎ Make report by excel for delivery process team
∎ Solve all kinds of issue raised from customer
∎ Analysis online customer trend and report to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
