Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
∎ Social Media Management: Log into our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and respond to direct messages from customers.
∎ Website Management: Access the back end of our website to find and respond to customer inquiries submitted through the "Contact Us" section.
∎ Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Order Management: Assist customers with the order process, including pre-sale inquiries and post-sale support.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.
∎ Ad Verification: Double-check all advertisements and marketing materials for accuracy and cultural relevance.
∎ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

∎ Requirements:
∎ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Bengali is required.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
∎ Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and respect for cultural differences, particularly in the Bangladeshi context.
