Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling Inbound and Outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solutions effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Good at meta-communication such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
∎ Ensure monthly reporting by the department heads.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
