Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and execute the promotional plan for new and existing products to the corporate clients according to potentiality keeping in line with the marketing department.
∎ Prepare product-wise monthly sales forecast plans in coordination with the assistance of reporting supervisor.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional activities and programs.
∎ Monitor the competitor, marketing, and sales promotional activities and report to assist supervisor.
∎ Train and educate sales forces on features and benefits of new and existing products alongside providing other related technical information.
∎ Monitor the sales against targets and devise appropriate plans to meet sales forecasts.
∎ Organize meeting/symposium in collaboration with supervisor for product briefing to the corporate/institutional clients.
∎ Ensure technical services instantly as and when required and build up an excellent relationship with potential customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Relevant experience in the Animal Health industry will be an advantage.
∎ Good knowledge in cattle/poultry/aqua management.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving skill.
∎ Analysis and reasoning skills.
