∎ Daricomma Ltd is Education based Limited company. We are looking to hire a customer support executive to join our dynamic team. Candidates who have good communication skills and expertise in software use are highly recommended to apply.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide information about Daricomma's services to potential and existing customers Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department Follow up with users to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned by management
