∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in English, O Level, A Level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
∎ Previous experience in a Call Centre/Customer Support role is preferred.
∎ Ability to work during UK night shifts.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
∎ Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is a plus.
∎ Candidates with IELTS certification will be given preference.
∎ Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with UK time).

∎ Accurately process customer orders and update the system in real time.
∎ Offer information on menus, offers, delivery times, and promotions.
∎ Recommend additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
∎ Provide support to UK and international clients via calls, emails, and live chats.
∎ Maintain and update customer records with precision.
∎ Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and quality procedures.
∎ Work closely with the team to resolve queries and ensure smooth operation
