∎ Not mandatory, but experience in customer service or a call center will be an advantage

∎ Must be comfortable working night shift (8:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
∎ Basic computer skills and typing ability
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide customer support through chat, email, and calls during night hours.
∎ Accurately input and manage data in internal systems.
∎ Verify and analyse data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries promptly and professionally.
∎ Work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Continuously improve knowledge through training and performance feedback.
