∎ Proven experience in inbound/outbound Telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla.
∎ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
∎ Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
∎ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office Word/Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
∎ Order confirmation by phone/IP Call from our customer's orders on the website.
∎ Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries.
∎ Manage Microsoft Word/excel Report.
∎ Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla.
∎ Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
∎ Regularly follow up with existing and potential customer using the website.
∎ Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly task targets.
∎ Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
∎ In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities -
