Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center Management, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Provide information about our services to potential and existing customers.
∎ Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads.
∎ Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department.
∎ Follow up with users to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
