∎ Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media
∎ Assist users in completing transactions or resolving payment-related issues
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every interaction
∎ Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when needed
∎ Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution
∎ Collect user feedback to improve products and services
∎ Document support processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases
