∎ কাস্টমারদের ইনকামিং কল ও মেসেজের পেশাদারীভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
∎ প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
∎ অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলোআপ করা।
∎ ফেসবুক পেইজ ও ইনবক্স পরিচালনা করা।
∎ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডেটা এন্ট্রি ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ কাস্টমারদের ইনকামিং কল ও মেসেজের পেশাদারীভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
∎ প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
∎ অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলোআপ করা।
∎ ফেসবুক পেইজ ও ইনবক্স পরিচালনা করা।
∎ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডেটা এন্ট্রি ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
