From assisting with inquiries to resolving any challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for creating lasting impressions and elevating customer satisfaction.
∎ ■ Responsibilities:
∎ • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
∎ • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
∎ • Guide customers through the product selection process and provide after-sales support
∎ • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
∎ • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
∎ • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
