Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist data analysts in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various digital platforms.
∎ Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to user behavior and platform performance.
∎ Support the creation of dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track KPIs for digital recharge, content, and lifestyle services.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals and ensure actionable insights.
∎ Research new digital business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
∎ Perform ad-hoc analysis and support the team in ongoing optimization projects.
