Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, direct, and inspire a team of professionals to successfully achieve daily and weekly operational targets.
∎ Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and authenticity in the collection of data during market research activities.
∎ Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to provide pertinent, high-quality information for prospect marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of business models.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members, fostering continuous improvement.
∎ Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment, inspiring team members to contribute novel ideas and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
∎ Maintain and update data repositories, including Excel and our internal data management software, to accurately document and reflect the outcomes of prospecting activities.
∎ Proven leadership experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to drive operational excellence.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and strategically, coupled with strong logical reasoning skills.
∎ Strong command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Enosis is actively seeking a highly skilled and accomplished professional to assume the role of Data Operations Lead within our dynamic Marketing Team. As a key leadership position, the Strategic Data Operations Lead will be responsible for steering a team towards achieving daily and weekly targets, ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of data obtained through comprehensive market research efforts.
