Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Oracle DBA certification (OCA, OCP, or equivalent).
∎ 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA managing large-scale databases in a production environment.
∎ Proficient in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, backup, and recovery procedures.
∎ Strong experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.
∎ Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other database monitoring tools.
∎ Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL for query optimization and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience with database migrations, upgrades, and patches.
∎ Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) and scripting languages (Shell/Perl).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure) for database management.
∎ Knowledge of database replication, clustering, and scaling.
∎ Familiarity with other databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

∎ Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments (versions 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, 23c).
∎ Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure high performance.
∎ Implement backup and recovery strategies for databases.
∎ Ensure database security by implementing security policies and controls.
∎ Manage database patches, upgrades, and migrations.
∎ Monitor database performance and resolve any issues to maintain service continuity.
∎ Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents and performance issues.
∎ Work with developers and other IT teams to optimize database queries and ensure smooth database integration.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.

∎ We are seeking an Oracle Certified Database Administrator (DBA) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle database management and administration. As a DBA, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our database infrastructure supports business operations effectively.
