Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers for 2 Wheeler EV in target markets.
∎ Assess dealer capabilities, performance, and potentiality.
∎ Negotiate dealer agreements, targets, and incentives.
∎ Maintain strong, professional relationships with all dealers.
∎ Resolve dealer issues and ensure alignment with company goals.
∎ Track and analyze dealer sales performance.
∎ Support dealers in achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
∎ Organize training sessions for dealer staff on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
∎ Provide marketing and promotional support to enhance dealer visibility.
∎ Generate reports on dealer performance, stock levels, and market trends.
∎ Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to ensure a consistent and quality customer experience at dealer locations.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and support dealer service improvements.
∎ Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all communication with dealers.
∎ DEALER DEVELOPMENT LEAD (HUAIHAI EV BUSINESS UNIT)
∎ We are looking for Dealer Management Lead who is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the performance of the dealer network for the company’s electric scooter products. This role ensures that dealers meet sales targets, follow brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring experience in dealer or channel management, especially in the 2 Wheeler EV segment. The responsibilities of Dealer Development Lead are as follows:
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers for 2 Wheeler EV in target markets.
