Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for following up with sample making activity.
∎ Planning the allocation of the sample employees & workers within the Sample Section.
∎ Managing sample planning and allocating capacity in the Sample Room, and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Ensure the ample production is according to standard target.
∎ Efficient submission of development according to the tech pack.
∎ Method development and ensuring the sample quality.
∎ Pattern correction report check, and ensuring proper measurement according to buyer requirements.
∎ Analyze critical processes and provide manufacturing guidelines.
∎ Ensure accurate inventory tracking in the sample room.
∎ Before sample correction, ensure proper workmanship, perform risk zone analysis and reduce unnecessary processes.
∎ After test sample is made, arrange and ensure meetings on product risk & safety with the Production team, Quality Control team and Maintenance team.
∎ Providing information to the CAD team for new design & fitting approval for newly developed styles, during sample production.
∎ Monitoring sample making record and patten accuracy records, along with the CAD team in accordance with guidelines from Sustainability.
∎ Communicating with the Merchandising team about new design & fitting approval for newly developed styles.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchandising team to maintain their Sample inventory, and process the receipt of sample documents for foreign countries.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance in the workplace.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience in sample operations in Woven Garments.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sampling processes, techniques, and equipment.
∎ Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in using manufacturing software and computer systems for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
