Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving, processing and prepare invoice for stock out for onward supply in time according to the customers need & satisfaction
∎ Manages the distribution of products and inventory.
∎ Monitor and checking depot monthly accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation of total sales collection with bank closing stock statement
∎ To manage distribution expenses and depot inventory, preparing daily/weekly distribution plan
∎ Maintain FEFO Method
∎ Ensures products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
∎ Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2- 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferable
∎ Must have good computer operational skill
∎ Must have Knowledge on Software
Salary: Negotiable
