Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hiring manpower for various positions on lighter vessels.
∎ Hiring manpower for various positions in the factory.
∎ Maintaining all employees and workers’ personal files.
∎ Ensure the SMART job descriptions and KPIs of all the positions of factory employees.
∎ To manage the overall factory efficiently.
∎ To perform administrative and HR activities.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Involve in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) by establishing KPI.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of admin and HR issues. Resolve employees' grievances and stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with Auditors, the Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, local influences, Labor Federation, etc.
∎ Communicate with various government organizations for renew of deferent kind of License,(Factory license, Jetty License, Fire license, Environment license, etc.)
∎ Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
∎ Managing all HR operations and delivery systems, including sourcing, compensation, training, employee relations, HR Management Information Systems, talent management, performance management, personal and team development, manpower planning, etc.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by management.
