Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Graduation in Architecture with minimum 06 years experience or Diploma in Civil / Architect with 8-10 years experience in Real Estate Sector (preferably from Public University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Operation Maintenance, Operator (CAD), Planning, Project Management with proper Management of Construction material
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Planning, Managing, Checking, Controlling, Budgeting, Cost Estimating for Effective Project Management as per Design at Satisfaction of Customer, Updating, Reporting All Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing, MEP plan & Drawings, Corrective or modification measure if needed to ensure the quality of works at possible effective costing.
∎ Capable to prepare & check BOQ, pricing, cost estimation including separate BOQ for each project, building, apartments, common area, and utility services to properly forecast the project cost with BAR Chart or work schedule.
∎ Capable to prepare Bar Chart, project plan, appointing sub-contractors with terms and conditions for effective construction cost with customer satisfaction and reporting to management for approval.
∎ Capable of handling, controlling and checking project stock, work approval, daily work plan and all related files and documents of project and monthly report to the management.
∎ Ability to appoint, tasking, motivating, evaluating, rewarding and disciplinary actions upon subordinates like project engineer, site engineer, storekeeper, security guard, sub-contractor, supplier based on terms of contract and reporting to management for approval.
∎ Capable of bill checking for sub-contractor, supplier, consultant and related all organization or person and reporting to management for approval.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Age at least 28-32 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, self-motivated to work independently under pressure and finished the task or report in continued process till it is completed on daily basis to achieve the target of the company and approval of management.
∎ 5 to 10 years experience, preferably real-estate sector.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer for all reports & correspondence.
