∎ Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and profitability.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
