∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Payroll & HR Policy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the HR, Admin & Compliance team effectively.
∎ Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, buyer COC (Code of Conduct), and other social and environmental standards
∎ Organize and coordinate external and internal audits including BSCI, HIGG, RCS, OCS and other buyer-specific audits ie. H&M, M&S, ZARA, NEXT, LC Waikiki, KIABI, Walmart etc.
∎ Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
∎ Maintain and update factory certifications and ensure document readiness at all times.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture.
∎ Ensure timely handling of all administrative functions, including security, housekeeping, and general factory management.
∎ Liaise with external bodies, including government officials, third-party auditors, and buyers’ representatives.
∎ Conduct internal assessments to identify gaps and lead corrective action initiatives.
∎ Prepare and present regular compliance, HR, and administrative reports to top management.
∎ Lead worker welfare initiatives, employee engagement programs, and grievance mechanism systems.
∎ Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on public development matters
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

∎ HR, Admin & Compliance. Manager of HR, Admin & Compliance will be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting skilled work force and technical staffs. Should have thorough practical knowledge on HR, Admin & Compliance issues, have capacity to lead team and manage buyer’s inspection team/buying offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per buyer’s requirement.
