Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline / MBA from any reputed university (Preferably in marketing or textile related subjects).
∎ Skills Required: Business/ Product Development, Buyer/Brand Handling.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Marketing, Merchandising, Fabric, Sample, Pattern cutting, Compliance, Commercial and Production, QA, QC, Working & Finishing in all kinds of woven item.
∎ To comply with Marketing & Merchandising planning, competitive mixture with brand, quality products and services that are catered to consumer's need and lifestyle.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & coordinating each and every aspect of the Merchandising & Marketing department.
∎ Setting up short term and long term marketing production goals in term of quantity and profitability which will be evaluated by the management. Then recommending options and courses of action, implementing directives.
∎ Influences present and future products by determine and evaluating current and future market trends.
∎ Optimize order profile to maximize profitability.
∎ To settle all claims with buyers and suppliers if any.
∎ Lead the merchandising and coordinate with planning to ensure optimum order volume for smooth operation.
∎ To Build and supervise an effective marketing and merchandising team and complete production, QA, QC team in woven garments manufacturing industry.
∎ Coordinate among the factory production unit, raw material sourcing, planning, material utilization team & other relevant team for smooth production operation.
∎ Able to do costing & pricing correctly.
∎ Formulate and implement strategic plan for Merchandising to achieve on-time & quality shipment.
∎ Play the role of the key team leader for each and every team of merchandising to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate among all other operational departments of the factory and solve the problem.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Planning, Merchandising , Marketing and Production.
∎ Well experienced to handle reputed brands will be given preference.
∎ Capable to handle volume matrix business per month.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
∎ Lead the Merchandising , Production, QA/QC, Packing & Finishing team.

Salary: Tk. 90000 (Monthly)
