Job Context:

∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of motorbike product production service, control & production management as well as business profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have deep product knowledge of 2 wheeler
∎ Must understand functions and operation of parts in the vehicle
∎ Should be able to guide the team and achieve set targets
∎ Must have the experience to develop an effective dealer Service network
∎ Take part in regular service campaigns/activities
∎ Frequent visits to service centers around the country
∎ Plan and implement monthly/ yearly service plan as per set targets
∎ Ensuring application training/Product Training to all external and internal customers, Partners Providing inputs/insights /analysis to the field team enabling them to plan better/ set operational changes to achieve business objectives
∎ Execute of Planned training calendar on OJT's (by the rollout engineers).
∎ Any other job assigned by the authority, to safeguard the interest of the organization.
∎ 1Plan for a monthly visit to the major service unit, supervise and conduct MIC meet periodically for business target achievement for the region. Interacts with parts in charge, hospitality manager, and body Shop In charge.
∎ Business expansion/ new outlets formation and study the area of business inflow. Adopting best service practices in Workshop in introducing Lean, 5S, ISO and safety, quality policies standards in all outlets
∎ Utilize job description, including performance criteria to communicate expectations, monitor and measure individual effectiveness• Improve CSI, BSI Scorecard, or any other customer satisfaction-related scores. Communicate customer satisfaction service standards to all service personnel.
∎ Monitor results of the CSI survey and implement process strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction ratings and establish and maintain a consumer relations policy that ensures complete customer satisfaction.
∎ Service promotional activities in service marketing in the initiation of service mela, campaign, AMC and service package, and discounts - addressing to MICs
∎ Provide a customer record and follow-up system, resolve customer complaints and build a loyal clientele for the dealership.
∎ Ensure technical ability is maintained at the highest level to improve the capability, interaction with OEM.
∎ Establish the facility requirement, manpower requirement, and imparting training to the people.
∎ Ensure profitability of the service department by attaining service department financial objectives and achieve service absorption.
∎ Monitor and take corrective actions based on the Workshop Monthly performance report.
∎ Manage departmental expenses effectively. Initiate housekeeping, safety, and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive work environment.
∎ Utilize a personnel management system that incorporates dealership policies on recruiting, hiring, orientation, staffing levels, and pay plans (including incentives and fringe benefits). Addressing MICs to control workshop process effectively.
∎ Maintain dealership equipment in effective and safe working conditions.
∎ Ensure proper functioning and utilization of ERP systems in billing standards
∎ Update MIS in time to reporting authority.

∎ Motorbike Company - technical service support for assembling, Production Management & Administration.
