Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Masters in Engineering (MEngg), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in any discipline/ B.Sc. in Agriculture will get preference.
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any Discipline with Reputed Public & Private universities and excellent academic results will get preferences.
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any Engineering Discipline with Reputed Public & Private universities will get preferences.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong understanding of tea cultivation and manufacturing processes.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and Tea Estate management software.
∎ Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet the target of crop realization and productivity of entire division/ estates.
∎ Meet the target/ budget of manufacturing, stock and productivity of factories.
∎ Meet the target of expansion and development works.
∎ Organize the total administrative arrangement of the estates and factories to ensure the smooth operation to achieve the goals of the estates.
∎ Plan, Organize and oversee the implementation of development activities and manage/schedule the production plans in keeping with projections and also coordinate with production.
∎ Builds relationship with people across a variety of functions within the organization and outside the organization like Local Govt., Local Regulatory Bodies, Law Enforcing Agencies, Stakeholders, Suppliers, Vendors.
∎ Manage Local Govt. Authorities, Local Political Leaders & Local Influencing Figures effectively.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient management to contribute for achieving goals and objectives- these include planning, organizing, monitoring, motivating and supervision of day to day activities.
∎ Ensure the maintenance of the property, security and responsible for the maintenance of the equipment’s, machineries and vehicles.
∎ Ensure the welfare and safety of workers and staff.
∎ Meet the target of Cost of Production (COP), ensure quality and meet the price target.
∎ Providing leadership to the junior management, staff and workers to implement the policies and directives given by the head office and to provide necessary in-house trainings to the tea estates Managers, staffs workers for skill development of different technical aspects of tea cultivation and manufacturing.
