∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ 7-12 years of experience in Inventory and Store Management in a Precast Pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Experience with construction materials, precast production materials, spare parts, and consumables
∎ Expertise in warehouse automation, digital inventory systems, and procurement procedures
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
∎ Analytical thinking for problem-solving and inventory forecasting
∎ Attention to detail and ability to handle large-scale inventory operations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, tools, consumables, and finished precast piles
∎ Implement effective stock control measures such as FIFO and LIFO to reduce material wastage
∎ Maintain real-time stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production and avoid overstocking or shortages
∎ Implement best warehousing practices for proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials
∎ Prepare purchase requisitions and ensure timely arrival of materials at production site
∎ Work closely with the procurement and purchase departments to plan stock refill based on production forecasts
∎ Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications before acceptance
∎ Use ERP software for tracking inventory, stock movement, and supplier records
∎ Generate real-time reports on stock levels, consumption rates, and upcoming requirements
∎ Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements for store operations
∎ Maintain accurate documentation, including GRN, Material Issue Slips, Delivery Notes, and Stock Registers
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols for proper handling, storage, and movement of materials
∎ Ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials (if any) with proper labeling and compliance with safety regulations
∎ Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials, minimizing damage and loss

∎ Job Responsibilities:-
