Job Context:
∎ Plans, design, installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and supports operating system, Server, Storage system, and associated hardware, software ensuring optimum system integrity and performance;
∎ To keep up system operational;
∎ To ensure the systems are available, during agreed service hours;
∎ To ensure the system security and production system properly maintain;
∎ To Improve and maintain the system up time at an extended level;
∎ To ensure storage system up and running smoothly;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, design and integrate physical servers in Fair group infrastructure;
∎ To plan, design and integrate virtual servers in Fair group infrastructure;
∎ To plan, design and integrate storage systems in Fair group infrastructure;
∎ Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering new and upgraded servers, storage and associated hardware and software;
∎ Analyzing, developing, interpreting, and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, models and diagrams in the development, configuration, and integration of computer systems;
∎ Installing, configuring, and administrating all virtual infrastructure;
∎ Liaising with vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analyzing, recommending, installing, and maintaining hardware and software and monitoring contractual obligations and performance delivery;
∎ Engaged in any technical issue assigned by management;
∎ Able to handle HP, IBM, Dell, Sun Microsystem, EMC, QNAP etc.
∎ Virtual Environment mainly VMware, VSAN, NSX;
∎ Able to handle cloud environment;
∎ Maintain active directory, office 365, exchange server, windows server, Linux server etc.
