Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role will be responsible for branding HNPP as a leading health programme with decades of proven impact, on local and global platforms; ensuring maximum visibility of HNPP`s work that would attract more investors/donors/partners.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design programme specific communications materials and support in setting programme branding and outreach strategy
∎ Develop yearly campaign calendar in collaboration with different on-going projects and coordinate programme campaigns
∎ Identify local, national and global branding and networking opportunities (forums/conferences/seminars) for programme visibility
∎ Ensure media presence and engagement for the programme
∎ Coordinate new methodologies to make the programme easily understandable and accessible through developing categorized contents (e.g. infographic, locator map showing programmes in specific areas)
∎ Manage ongoing communication projects with external partners/vendors
∎ Build a story bank and support in report writing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have strong interpersonal, business communication and negotiation skills
∎ Have computer knowledge (MS office, Graphics designing etc.)
∎ Have media engagement
∎ Knowledge on Sponsor/stakeholder relationship management
∎ Knowledge on global and local branding trends
∎ At least 1 years of working experience in relevant field
