Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university /reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Arranging lands on joint venture basis for real estate business. Knowledge of FAR calculation.
∎ Making plan for developing real estate business and achieving short and long term goal in apartment business.
∎ Maintaining liaison with RAJUK & other related department for timely plan approval.
∎ Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Logistics department under his dynamic leadership.
∎ Responsible for Rajuk, DPDC, DESCO, WASA related all works.
∎ Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Bangla and English typing Skills is must, Case Management, Drafting various types of letters, Land and Legal, Land Law, Land Survey etc.
∎ Update of land documents as per company policy
∎ Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5-8 year(s) in related sector.
