Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com / MBA (Accounts & Finance/Management /CA.( C.C) /CMA Part Qualified in any reputed public University/Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure audit plan & execution comply with guidelines.
∎ Ensure and conduct management system audit and operational audit.
∎ Conduct and follow-up internal financial audit.
∎ Follow-up management actions on audit recommendation and update the progress to the management.
∎ Demonstrate advisory role in policy implementation.
∎ That routine work is carried out to set rules, procedures and instructions of Management issued from time to time.
∎ Adequacy of internal audit plan.
∎ Accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the reports.
∎ Number of significance of issues/inconsistencies and process improvement opportunities identified in business processes.
∎ Number of unresolved cases to identified issues.
∎ Local purchases bill checking & verify.
∎ Service related all suppliers bill checking & verify.
∎ To check Bank Balances and Bank Reconciliation including loan A/C & F.C Accounts.
∎ Monitoring Inventory Management System and conduct physical verification of stock & stores in a regular basis General Store & Reagent.
∎ Prepared pre-cost and actual cost's comparative statement regular basis (L/S order wise).
∎ Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and surety to documentation.
∎ Completes audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
∎ Communicates audit progress and findings by providing information in status reports.
∎ Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
∎ Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Responsible for combining cost effective measure in corporate structure.
∎ Measuring cost and provides cost analysis in view point of company performance.
∎ Keep in touch of BSA and BAS for vouching and verifying.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Auditing, Accounting & Finances.
∎ Must have 5-10 years experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
Salary: Negotiable
