Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Apparel or related industries.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure event calendar for entire financial year covering all the welfare, employee relation & CSR activities.
∎ Make sure the availability of budgeted cadre with defined competencies and skill.
∎ Ensure recruitment, selection and placement of workers & Non-Management Staff as per approved Human Resources Plan.
∎ Make sure all members going through designed training to perform the job effectively.
∎ Ensure arrangements of training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training evaluation & its effectiveness·
∎ Make sure payroll is processing according to agreed timeline.
∎ Make sure people are equally treated as per organizational guidelines.
∎ Ensure Employee motivation to achieve optimum desired output & maintain happy work force.
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.
∎ Ensure health, safety & security and CSR initiatives as required & practiced.
∎ Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process of entire fact.
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
∎ Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).
∎ Ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
