∎ The Customer Service Team Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring exceptional relationship management with our valued customers. This position requires effective communication and regular updates with customers, as each executive will manage multiple customer accounts. The Team Leader will prioritise customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient solutions to issues, while coordinating with internal departments such as accounts and engineering to gather necessary information. A key responsibility will be to enforce customer service policies and customer service standards, while displaying strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse client personalities and handle critical situations with patience and professionalism.
