∎ In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
∎ Inspection & Testing: Oversee testing and inspection processes, ensuring products meet specifications and industry regulations.
∎ Quality Standards Development: Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, protocols, and procedures for product or service development.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze quality control data and provide reports to senior management to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives by implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international quality regulations and certifications (ISO, FDA, BRC, Food Safety etc.).
∎ Training & Development: Provide training to team members on quality control procedures, best practices, and new technologies.
∎ Supplier Management: Assess and monitor suppliers to ensure they meet the organization’s quality standards and requirements.
∎ Audits & Reports: Conduct internal and external audits to verify product quality and provide audit reports to management.
∎ Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality and take appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of all quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
