As a key member of our team, you will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement within our Quality Control (QC) department. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products aligns with approved specifications and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
∎ Leading the establishment, validation, and implementation of all QC procedures, keeping them current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
∎ Evaluating, maintaining, and securely storing reference standards for pharmaceutical substances to ensure accurate testing and analysis.
∎ Overseeing the monitoring of the stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients and products.
∎ Ensuring accurate labeling of containers for both materials and products.
∎ Vigilantly monitoring compliance with approved procedures and conducting thorough reviews of quality control records.
∎ Ensuring the proper handling of reference and working standards to maintain accuracy and precision in testing.
∎ Overseeing the calibration program for equipment to guarantee reliable results.
∎ Actively participating in environmental monitoring initiatives and Quality Risk Management (QRM) programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
∎ Collaborating in the investigation of product-related complaints to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
∎ Assessing and maintaining the organization of the laboratory, including the management of documents, glassware, chemicals, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality control, with a solid understanding of GMP/GLP regulations.
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
