∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales foreign training
∎ Training/Trade Course: Sales,Medical Equipment
∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sales & Marketing

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
∎ Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
∎ Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
∎ Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
∎ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
∎ Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
∎ Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
