Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Honours in any discipline preferably in Computer Science / ICT / Social Science/ Anthropology / Development Studies from any recognised university/institution.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To prepare monitoring report, conduct issues based monitoring, roll out M&E plan, ensure MIS & M&E data quality, provide technical support on data digitalization, manage technical quality in user-centred tech-based solutions of the programme.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify M&E issues and contribute to design issue-based monitoring in the online platform.
∎ Develop field level M&E plan and roll out in the field.
∎ Prepare quality M&E report and share with respective field team for further management decision making.
∎ Conduct qualitative study and write qualitative case study for programme.
∎ Support IDP in optimizing its data digitalization pilot, unified reporting requirement and integrating M&E data in real-time dashboard as per the Programme logframe result framework.
∎ Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for digital/real-time data handling with attention to all technical aspects.
∎ Formulate new real-time data collection techniques for quality data collection to ensure data integrity, accuracy and validity.
∎ Ensure the random cross verification of the project participants' selection process.
∎ Monitor the financial support and progress of the assets/ enterprise.
∎ Conduct periodic result-based monitoring, data analysis & report writing and share findings with the IDP Management and field team.
∎ Assist technical and field team for preparing project progress report.
∎ Follow up the field activity and share findings to the relevant staff regularly.
∎ Ensure MIS and M&E data quality at the field level. Provide capacity building support field team.
∎ Develop M&E tools, Checklist as per project requirement.
∎ Support the team to plan and build staff capacity to use newly intervened digital monitoring systems by preparing training modules and organizing training sessions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Online platform / dashboard development, mobile apps development, data compilation & management.
∎ Firm knowledge on ICT4D, data mining, M&E data analysis by using statistical software.
∎ Technical knowledge on online data collection platform development, capturing learnings and write up qualitative case study.
∎ Competent in developing the online data collection platform, dashboard, data compilation & management of real-time data (digitized).
∎ Strong writing and data presentation skills.
∎ Three (3) years of experience in relevant field will be given preference
