Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: JAAGO HQ, Dhaka
∎ Department/Program: Partnership and Branding
∎ Report To: Team Leader, PAB
∎ Expected Start Date: March 1, 2023
∎ Contract length: 2 Years from joining date (With the possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs, and performance of incumbent)
∎ Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential corporate partners and 360-degree planning, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns and events.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ (i) Strategy:
∎ Build the strategy and roadmap, and secure stakeholder support, to implement initiatives that will successfully scale the brand partnerships business model and achieve growth targets, with a focus on next-generation JAAGO's vision and mission.
∎ Make strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder support to develop efficiencies in campaign delivery that serve to standardize lower-tier partnerships.
∎ Identify and embed the next innovative ideas in order to scale the brand partnerships program
∎ Creation and reporting of the analytics dashboard to support accurate campaign reporting
∎ Leverage campaign performance insights and develop effective action plans to identify and capture business opportunities in order to further optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement
∎ (ii) Business Operations:
∎ Responsible for 360-degree planning, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns and events
∎ Responsible for bringing in new innovative partnership ideas and securing stakeholder support as per the need of the organization.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day delivery and budget management of the brand partnerships' revenue and profit margin targets
∎ Maintain liaison with the existing partners and bring ideas to the table for sustainable partnership
∎ Manage the pipeline of brand partnerships contributions by brand and identify new potential brand partners, including through new categories
∎ Collaborate with the internal departments to identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding of brand partners in order to establish automated contributions
∎ Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all related processes are compliant, including but not limited to revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable
∎ (iii) Leadership:
∎ Work with the Senior Manager to implement solutions to create a transparent, collaborative, and productive work environment.
∎ Work with Senior Manager to establish the Resource Plan for the team.
∎ Collaborate with Senior Manager to achieve the short-term objectives for the department.
∎ Actively participate in building an atmosphere of openness, honesty, respect, and collaboration across the Marketing department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Minimum 4 years experience in 360 campaign planning and corporate partnership.
∎ Understand the etiquette of corporate communication.
∎ Significant knowledge of branding and event management.
∎ Must have a creative mind to come up with projects and creative ideas.
∎ Prior experience in budget management.
∎ Highly skilled in presentation making.
∎ Prior experience in sales or project pitch.
∎ Must have to be adaptable to technological transformation.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision & excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English.
∎ Enthusiasm to learn.

Salary: Negotiable
