Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute effective out sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
∎ Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring proper scheduling of staff, managing duty times, approving leaves, and arranging replacement staff as needed.
∎ Regularly visit all stores and outlets to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support the sales and pharmacy teams.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
∎ Train, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
∎ Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.
∎ Promote wellness and health education when appropriate·
∎ Monitor pharmacy budget and financial performance.
∎ Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
∎ Efficiently handling various situation under pressure, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team to meet organizational goals.
