Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct accurate measurements of land, boundaries, and physical features.-
∎ Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, drones, and levels.-Prepare detailed maps, plats, and reports from survey data.
∎ Establish and verify legal land boundaries for property deeds and titles.
∎ Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert witness testimony when needed.
∎ Inspect sites and analyze terrain, elevation, and site conditions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of survey data, calculations, and documentation.
