Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/IPE from any reputed Universities.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Solidworks,CAD,CAM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts of Electronic and Household, AC and Refrigerator as per Customer/Marketing requirements.
∎ Design molded plastic parts and assembly drawing as required.
∎ Ensuring perfect and creative design to the mold.
∎ Determine the design details, such as standard component selection, thread and tolerance specifications, etc.
∎ Design 3D models of Plastic, Sheet Metal Plastic & Metal composite parts in CAD software.
∎ Create or revise accurate, detailed Solid Works CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and other engineering documentation as required.
∎ Preparing assembly instructions for structural parts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ SolidWorks Design Portfolio is a mandatory criterion for this position.
∎ Product design experience with Solidworks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD etc.
∎ Sound knowledge of different sheet metal and plastic materials.
∎ Sound knowledge on die and mold.
∎ Sound knowledge of different types of bending and punching machines.
∎ Good Microsoft Office skills.
∎ Hard working and enthusiasm
