∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience of working with export oriented Textiles - RMG-sector is required.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General H R, Compliance & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation / Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit ICS, SEDEX, HIGG WRAP, BSCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RSC/ Accord etc.
∎ Experience of working with export oriented Textiles - RMG-sector is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee / workforce.
∎ To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
∎ To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
∎ To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
∎ Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system.
∎ Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer's standards
