∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Partnering, HR Policy, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Organizational Development, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, developing, and establishing HR strategy, policy & procedures.
∎ Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
∎ Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant.
∎ Using performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
∎ Developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job roles and responsibilities.
∎ Maintaining HR systems and processes.
∎ Ensuring all company HR policies are applied consistently.
∎ Investigating employee issues & conflicts and bringing them to resolution.
∎ Ensuring the organizations’ compliance with regulations.
∎ Maintaining company organization charts and employee directory.
∎ Partnering with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
∎ Analyzing trends in compensation and benefits.
∎ Creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on the market; keeping the strategy up to date.
∎ Designing and implementing employee retention strategies.
∎ Providing support and guidance to HR staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
