Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct training need assessment (TNA) and finalize annual training plan and budget.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate all kinds of training including sales, functional/technical, induction and soft skills and training programs all over the Bangladesh.
∎ Design and develop new training modules as per stakeholders’ recommendation.
∎ Plan and draft training evaluation tools such as pre-test, post-test, role play, case study etc. as a part of continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor learning execution and analyzing training impact to business.
∎ Implement “Orientation Program” for sales and corporate employees.
∎ Ensure training vendor for getting venue & logistics support in accordance with relevant business unit.
∎ Manage and coordinate all the external training program.
∎ Updating training database regularly and reporting to the line manager with other respected stakeholders.
∎ Draft & communicate flyer, newsletters or others digital tools for e-learning & employee engagement.
∎ Rolling the different sales motivational session (Sales Conference) at various locations
