∎ Proven track record and skills are required, as is hand-on experience in hybrid rice production.
∎ Experiences in the R&D field may be added an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To take initiative new seed products development and conduct adaptation trials in all over the Bangladesh, collect data, and compilation prepare report
∎ To maintain liaison with various government and non-government organization in regular basis
∎ To liaison with regulatory authorities such as MoA (Ministry of Agriculture), SCA (Seed Certification Agency), DAE (Dept of Agriculture), CDB (Cotton Development Board) and various research institutions like BARI, BRRI, BJRI, BINA etc.
∎ To plan and execute new variety screening trial with R & D team and select crop variety (ies) for future portfolio
∎ To visit all kinds of demo trials, screening trial (both rice and vegetables), and registration trials in regular basis
∎ To Prepare Promotional Budget for Seed Business Unit under the guideline of HOO (Seed) prior the business year started
∎ To design and develop promotional materials of seed products as per requirements
∎ To oversee all kinds of seed production activities such as Hybrid rice seed production, HYV rice seed production and potato seed production project
∎ To maintain liaison with foreign supplies and bring crop variety (ies) seed samples and arrange collaborating trial (both in farm and off farm)
∎ To collect market information for strategic business planning and act as market intellectual
∎ Ensure day to day activities plan and assist HOO(Seed) for smooth operation
∎ You have to assists all kinds business activities and work in any situation under the guideline of HOO (Seed)
∎ Besides, Management can provide any kind of assignments as per company requirements
